Payment, Cancellation and Refund Terms
Payment must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson or training session.
If payment is not received 48 hours before the lesson, the booking may not be confirmed and the slot may be offered to another student.
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, the lesson fee is non-refundable.
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. In exceptional circumstances, Space Driving School may offer a 50% refund or credit at the instructor’s discretion.
The instructor has the final discretion regarding late cancellations, emergencies, refunds, or lesson credits.
If the instructor needs to cancel or rearrange a lesson, the student will be offered a new suitable date/time or a full refund for that lesson.
By booking a lesson or training session, the student agrees to these payment, cancellation and refund terms.

Lesson availability depends on instructor diary, postcode, transmission type and learner needs.
Portal access
Learner and instructor portal access must be used responsibly and only by the account holder.
